Crossroads Turning Points in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Withdrawal Management Specialist to support the unit during 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will take vital signs, screen and assess patients, and coordinate with the physician for medication clearance.

This role is responsible for assisting in coordinating and monitoring patient activities and the day-to-day operations at the unit during the assigned shift. Available to work shifts (2nd & 3rd) - FT.All applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, along with a comprehensive background check and a TB test.This position involves working at the facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Take vital signs as required (training is provided).Conduct screens and assess potential patients to determine their eligibility. Obtains pertinent information regarding patient drug/alcohol use, medical and social history, and patient needs.Provides the agency physician with information on medical issues and medication clearance, and monitors medication administration in accordance with operating policy and the physician’s directives.Provides case management services to all patients enrolled in the Withdrawal Management Program.Conducts individual and group sessions.Completes necessary paperwork.
