Job summary

Community Care Network in Rutland, VT seeks a Crisis Recovery Specialist for 3rd shift to support individuals with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-focused residential setting. You will assist with therapeutic programming, share meals with clients, and help ensure medication adherence while building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
• Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.

• Provide support to individuals living with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a residential setting.
