Responsibilities
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and consultation to promote recovery.
- Assist clients with self-determination and decision-making.
- Teach functional skills including medications, finances, and daily living.
- Model recovery values and empower client self-advocacy.
- Develop and implement recovery action plans and link to resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation on time.
