Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis is seeking a Withdrawal Management Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care and withdrawal management within a licensed program, under the supervision of an RN or licensed healthcare provider.

The LPN supports admissions, withdrawal monitoring, medication management, health monitoring, client education, and implementation of treatment plans in a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented setting.

Formación

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Minnesota.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; First Aid and AED within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admissions, nursing intake, medication reconciliation, and health history under RN or provider.
• Provide withdrawal monitoring, nursing care, and treatment plan implementation.
• Administer and monitor medications and injections per orders and policies.
• Monitor and document client health status, withdrawal symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, and treatment team members.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record and ensure HIPAA compliance.
