Qualifications

• If degree is not in Human Services, 24 credit hours in related field required.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented case management services under supervision.
• Conduct routine psychosocial assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Connect clients with community resources and rehabilitative services.
• Document services in the electronic health record with accuracy.
• Prioritize direct service; participate in crisis intervention when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary recovery team and participate in meetings.
