• If degree is not in Human Services, minimum of 24 credit hours in related field.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Connect individuals with community resources and provide rehabilitative services.
• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary and document in the EHR.
• Prioritize direct service time (minimum 55%) and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary recovery team to support clients.
