• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Experience building connections with individuals served.
• Bilingual Spanish valued.
• Current LCDC licensure or pursuing licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial and emotional needs assessments.
• Develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Connect clients with community resources.
• Initiate crisis intervention when necessary.
