Qualifications

• Candidates whose degree is not in Human Services must have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours in a human services-related field.
• A Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use treatment, and/or crisis intervention and screening is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
• Current licensure as an LCDC is preferred.
• Experience with concurrent (real-time) documentation practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial and emotional needs assessments and develop Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
• Work with youth, adults, and families to connect them with community resources and rehabilitative services.
• Document services in the electronic health record and maintain strict adherence to guidelines.
• Prioritize needs during crisis situations and coordinate with a multidisciplinary recovery team.
