Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Case Manager to support youth, adults, and families with recovery-oriented services in Round Rock, TX. The role emphasizes psychosocial assessments, recovery planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include direct client contact, documentation in the electronic health record, and crisis intervention when needed. A valid Texas driver’s license is required; at least a bachelor’s in Human Services is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced recovery environment.

• Provide recovery-oriented case management and connect clients with community resources.
