Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or closely related field.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary qualifications to successfully perform the duties of the position will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management and recovery-oriented services to clients.
• Ensures documentation meets WAC/RCW and agency standards.
• Conducts assessments, risk evaluations, and crisis planning.
• Coordinates internal and external services to support treatment goals.
• Performs discharge planning and treatment closure to support smooth transitions.
• Maintains client records and ensures culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
