Cumberland Heights Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Financial Advisor to facilitate admissions/discharge financial arrangements and enforce billing policies. You will create payment plans, collect payments, and communicate with patients, families and payers to estimate responsibility for treatment costs.

The role requires strong ethics, confidentiality, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting software. Evening shifts may occur.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years collections or AR experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
• Ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work ethically and maintain confidentiality.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates financial arrangements for admissions and discharge.
• Enforces credit policy and creates payment plans.
• Interacts with patients and families to resolve billing questions.
• Collects payments and posts transactions to accounting system.
• Provides financial estimates and works with payers and insurers.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Participates in after-hours rotation for financial estimates.
