Job summary

Responsibilities include connecting clients to wrap-around services after treatment and collaborating with case managers to support recovery goals. Candidates must be CRPS certified or attain certification during employment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years lived experience with mental health/substance use recovery.
• CRPS certification to be completed during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy, mentorship, and recovery support to families in home visiting services.
• Assist participants in connecting to wrap-around services after treatment episodes.
• Support clients and collaborate with case managers and treatment teams to advance recovery goals.
• Promote self-advocacy, healthy behaviors, and life skills.
• Maintain data privacy and HIPAA in all records and interactions.
• Assist participants with WRAP and SMART goal planning.
