You will assist with housing, employment, education, and community integration while delivering trauma-informed peer support, advocacy, and group facilitation in a person-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health or substance use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual peer support services.
• Utilize lived experience to promote hope and recovery.
• Support individuals in identifying strengths and developing coping and wellness strategies.
• Facilitate peer support and recovery-focused groups.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals related to housing, employment, education, relationships, and community integration.
• Support the development and implementation of person-centered treatment and recovery plans.
• Help individuals prepare for recovery planning meetings and communicate their goals.
• Assist with assessments, wellness plans, and recovery planning activities.
• Conduct outreach to encourage ongoing participation in services.
• Advocate for individuals and promote self-advocacy.
