We are seeking a Repossession Specialist to join our operations team.

Responsibilities

1. Contact delinquent customers to resolve debts and coordinate repossessions.
2. Locate and recover stolen or defaulted bikes using tracking tools and field work.
3. Work with law enforcement to retrieve or release stolen/confiscated bikes, including from tow yards.
4. Travel within New York and to other cities (e.g., Philadelphia, Boston) as needed for repossessions.
5. Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel and submit daily reports.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Requirements

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
2. At least 1 year of experience in security, police, military, or related fields (preferred).
3. Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication with law enforcement and customers.
5. Car ownership suitable for transporting bikes and willingness to use it for work.
6. Comfort navigating NYC and occasional trips outside NY/NJ.

Benefits

Type of Employment: Full-time (1099 Contract)

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary, competitive bonuses based on recoveries, and travel reimbursements.
