Whether a driver is starting out or upgrading their vehicle, we aim to support their success and simplify their transportation needs. Our goal is to make delivery as seamless as possible, enabling drivers to focus on providing excellent service.

We are currently seeking a Repossession Specialist to join our expanding operations team.

Responsibilities

1. Contact delinquent customers to resolve debts and coordinate repossessions.
2. Locate and recover stolen or defaulted bikes using tracking tools and field operations.
3. Work with law enforcement to retrieve or release stolen/confiscated bikes, including from tow yards.
4. Travel within New York and to other cities (e.g., Philadelphia, Boston) as needed for repossessions.
5. Keep accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel and submit daily updates and reports via company tools.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Requirements

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
2. At least 1 year of experience in security, police, military, or related fields (preferred).
3. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication skills with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
5. Car ownership, preferably large enough to transport electric bikes, and willingness to use it for work.
6. Comfort navigating throughout CH and open to occasional day trips outside CH.

Benefits

Type of Employment:

• Full-time (1099 Contract)
• 20 hours weekly
• Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary, competitive bonuses based on recoveries, and travel reimbursements for gas, tolls, and out-of-state trips.
