Our goal is to make transportation seamless and hassle-free, enabling drivers to deliver excellent service to their customers.

We are currently seeking a Repossession Specialist to join our growing operations team.

1. Contact delinquent customers to resolve debts and coordinate repossessions.
2. Locate and recover stolen or defaulted bikes using tracking tools and field operations.
3. Work with law enforcement to retrieve or release stolen/confiscated bikes, including from tow yards.
4. Travel within New York and to other cities (e.g., Philadelphia, Boston) as needed for repossessions.
5. Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel and submit daily updates and reports via company tools.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Requirements

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in security, police, military, or related fields (preferred).
3. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication skills with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
5. Car ownership, preferably large enough to transport electric bikes, and willingness to use it for work.
6. Comfort navigating throughout CH and occasional day trips outside CH.

Type of Employment:

1. Full-time (1099 Contract)

• Fixed monthly base salary
