What's a Phone Sales Recovery agent?

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose orders did not get processed using phone calls, emails, and text messages to recover incomplete sales. This base pay + commission position has unlimited earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call, email, and text customers whose orders did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.
• Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.
• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities while meeting or exceeding individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.
• Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
• We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater.
• A backup system for power or internet outages.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working headset. You will be on Zoom with your team throughout the day.

Compensation

• Base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential.

Available Schedule

• Friday- Monday, 9am-5pm Central Standard Time
