Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Support & Recovery Advocate (Level II) to provide trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and daily living support to KIM clients in home and community settings. The role advances clients toward CP graduation as outlined in their Treatment Plan.

Multiple shifts are available, including full- and part-time hours. You will document progress, coordinate with therapists, and safeguard client safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working unsupervised.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license or ID.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with staff and clients.
• Experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, crisis intervention, and prevention support.
• Support clients in achieving behavioral goals.
• Document client behaviors.
• Coordinate managed care.
• Advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Teach emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to graduate from CP program.
• Evaluate progress toward goals.
• Identify relapse triggers and take action.
• Ensure client safety and access to health care and meals.
