Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Must be eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and a safe living environment in inpatient/residential facilities.
• Deliver individual or group counseling to help stabilize symptoms and teach illness management.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed treatment.
• Assist clients with stable transition to community outpatient treatment.
• Maintain documentation reflecting activities, goals, and progress.
• Ensure safety and proper PPE usage for staff and clients.
