Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Counselor to support the recovery journey of patients at our New Jersey facilities. You will conduct individual and group counseling, collaborate on comprehensive treatment plans, and help patients progress through the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CADC, LAC or LSW licensure/certification preferred.
• Master’s degree and licensure (LCADC/LCSW/LPC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Contribute to discharge planning and continuum of care.
• Maintain patient caseload and complete clinical charting.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
