Qualifications

• Associates or better in Psychology or related field.
• Counselor registration/certification required.
• 2–5 years of experience OR Master level.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation to new patients on program rules, policies and rights.
• Conduct intakes, discharge planning, initial assessments and initial treatment plans professionally.
• Involve patients in assessment and treatment planning to support recovery.
• Administer biopsychosocial assessment at intake and ongoing.
• Develop individualized Treatment Plans using SNAP approach based on clinical needs.
• Monitor changes and relapse indicators to prompt relapse prevention interventions.
• Provide counseling and referrals to community resources as needed.
