Qualifications

• NJ CADC or higher counseling license is required.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 licensure pathways are considered.
• Experience conducting individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Contribute to the treatment center's success through team meetings and professional development.
• Develop discharge/continuum of care plans to ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain patient caseload including case management and clinical charting.
