Qualifications

• Tier 2 Counselor minimum requirements: High School Diploma / GED plus CADC, LAC, or LSW.
• Tier 3 Counselor minimum requirements: Master’s degree plus LCADC, LCSW, or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Contribute to the treatment center’s success through team meetings and professional development.
• Develop discharge/continuum of care plans to ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain patient caseload including case management, utilization review, and charting.
• Other duties as assigned.
