Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team and support individuals on their journey toward recovery. In a dynamic clinical setting, you will provide counseling services, lead group sessions, and help shape treatment plans.

You will collaborate with an onsite multidisciplinary team, document care in the electronic health record, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; state licensure active.
• Active licensure and ability to adhere to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress.
• Coordinate patient care with an onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
