Qualifications

• Active clinical certification or licensure per state regulations.
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatment data into the electronic health record and ensure compliance.
