Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a related field required.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Document all treatment data in electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance.
