Job summary

TimeOut Gambling Project in Lincolnshire is seeking a Recovery and Community Activity Coordinator to support two linked activity pathways within the Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership.

The role coordinates a small team of Recovery Activity Planners delivering The Link recovery activities and works closely with Beacon Friends and Family Service to arrange respite and wellbeing activities for families and affected others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly schedules, plans, and communication for a small team delivering The Link recovery activities.
• Support planners delivering activities such as mutual aid connections (AA, NA, CA, SMART), recovery groups, walking groups, arts and crafts, gardening, and other wellbeing sessions.
• Organise venues, resources, facilitators, and practical arrangements for Link recovery activities and Beacon respite sessions.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and feedback to support continuous improvement across both activity pathways.
• Manage and track budgets for recovery and respite activities, ensuring value for money.
