Job summary

Gándara Mental Health Center in Holyoke, MA is hiring a Therapeutic Training & Support professional to coordinate recovery coach referrals and supervise coaches. You will liaison with providers to match referrals and support entry into the recovery community.

The role focuses on equipping coaches with tools to help youths pursue recovery goals. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's in human services or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant human services role.
• Ability to work with youth and families in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recovery coach referrals and supervise Recovery Coaches.
• Provide family therapy and support to youth and caregiver(s).
• Identify community resources and establish natural supports.
• Develop and monitor risk management and safety plans with youth.
• Collaborate with agencies and professionals involved with the youth.
