Job summary

Discovery MSO is seeking a Recovery Coach for our Intensive Outpatient Program in Dallas. The role supports clients in a residential setting, maintaining a safe and structured environment and serving as a positive role model on the treatment journey.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, documentation in the EMR, crisis support, transportation, and collaboration with clinical staff. Requires HS diploma, CPR/BLS, and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients during meals, groups, and activities.
• Conduct room checks, headcounts, and safety rounds.
• Provide emotional support and model boundaries.
• Lead recovery-oriented activities and groups.
• Document observations and incidents clearly in the EMR.
• Report concerns to clinical staff promptly.
• Assist with intakes and discharges and orientation.
• Enforce rules with trauma-informed approach.
• Provide transportation to appointments and services.
• Offer crisis support and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment.
