You will provide advocacy, coaching, and education to clients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support linkage to community resources to promote sustained recovery.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered engagement, documentation within 48 hours, and participation in ongoing quality improvement efforts at WellSpan facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in peer-based recovery support services or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides peer-based recovery support services including advocacy, mentoring, education, resource navigation, and recovery coaching.
• Responds to referrals and engages individuals in recovery planning.
• Collaborates with hospital and community care teams to support continuity of care.
• Engages families and supports in education, emotional support, and resource navigation.
