Qualifications

• Education: Lived experience establishing and maintaining recovery from mental health or substance use condition(s).
• Certification: CPSRP, Recovery Coach CCAR or equivalent required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advocate for clients' personal recovery goals.
• Apply program models and motivational interventions to educate on recovery strategies.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with clients.
