Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Peer Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to provide recovery-based services in a community setting. You will share personal experiences to support members and help with living skills, coordination of care, and community access.

Responsibilities include promoting independence, documenting engagements accurately, and contributing to a comprehensive benefits package. DA and language supports may apply; full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with minimum 1.5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Associate's degree in medical or behavioral health.
• Bachelor's degree (not in behavioral health) + 1 year behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor's in behavioral health.
• Master's in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to members in a community setting and facilitate recovery-based services.
• Provide living skills training, personal assistance, and peer/family support.
• Assist members with care coordination and access to community supports.
• Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements.
