Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery-oriented services in a community setting. You will share your experiences to support members, offer living skills training, and help with care coordination and access to community resources.

This full-time role is 40 hours weekly (7:00 am–3:30 pm, Sun–Thu) with a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, 401(k) match, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• : GED/HS diploma with behavioral health experience or related training.

• An associate's degree in the field of medical or behavioral health, orA bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to members in a community setting.
• Facilitate recovery-based services by sharing personal experiences.
• Provide living skills training and personal assistance.
• Assist with care coordination and accessing community supports.
• Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member engagements.
