Root Center for Advanced Recovery in Hartford, CT is hiring a Recovery Coach to guide clients through every step of their recovery journey. Under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will serve as a recovery guide and role model, helping re-engage patients and connect them with counselors and community referrals.

The role emphasizes independence in the community, a 35-hour work week, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of medical or mental health experience.
• CCAR Certification or Advocacy Unlimited Certification required.
• Experiential knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintains a caseload of Intensive Case Management clients and supports recovery life skills.
• Coordinate transportation for patients to community services and attend meetings to develop resources.
• Advocate to ensure access to services and assist patients in completing their recovery plans.
