Job summary

Chemical-Abuse-Services-Agenc is seeking a clinician to assess and provide general and specialized treatment to individuals with emotional, mental, or substance use difficulties.

The role focuses on assisting clients in transition from addiction to recovery through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and client self-discovery, with potential collaboration with the program director for probation clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed/licensed-eligible counselor with a master’s degree.
• Five years of professional counseling experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency rehabilitation dynamics.
• Willingness to develop multicultural competency.
• Alternating Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Conducts counseling and adjunct services.
• Complies with clinical administrative requirements and CASA policies.
• Participates in administrative activities of CASA programs.
• Maintains professional competence and skills.
• Projects a positive image to patients, visitors, and staff.
