TCN Behavioral Health Services Inc is seeking a Chemical Dependency Counselor III to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and both individual and group counseling. The counselor will monitor client progress with follow-ups and urine drug screens, ensuring continuity of care and coordination with referral sources and community partners.

The role requires adherence to professional standards, licensure maintenance, supervision, and ongoing training, while supporting the SUD treatment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social services required; master preferred in Addiction Counseling.
• CDCA certification required or preferred; licensure maintenance expected.
• Experience in substance use counseling and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Responsabilidades

• Complete diagnostic assessments with ASAM-based recommendations.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans with clients.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling per identified goals.
• Provide urine drug screens and monitor client progress.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and community partners.
• Maintain licensure, attend supervision, and follow agency policies.
