The position requires a CPSS license in NC or PA, with preferred 2 years of related experience and reliable transportation. Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible hours, and benefits are provided to full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) in NC or PA.
• 2 years experience with individuals with behavioral health issues preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Modeling effective coping and self-help techniques to individuals.
• Providing empowerment skills and support in successful recovery living.
• Assisting individuals in finding resources and encouraging follow-through with proposed resolutions.
