Qualifications

• Requires Qualified Mental Health Professional Status and Peer Support certification.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with the population served.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to provide advice and support per treatment plan.
• Assist clients in daily decision making and problem resolution.
• Support peer groups and advocate for consumer needs.
• Accompany clients to meetings and participate in community groups.
• Promote recovery and healthy relationships through self-help activities.
• Provide information on community resources to clients and families.
