Qualifications
- Must have NC Peer Support certification and be in recovery, with lived experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; must be in recovery and in supervision.
- Certified Peer Support Specialists with current certification only.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured peer support services to promote recovery and self-determination.
- Collaborate with Qualified Professional and Integrated Care Teams.
- Assist beneficiaries in navigating medical, social services, and housing resources.
- Document activities and maintain case records per policy.
- Promote recovery values and empower beneficiaries through shared experiences.
