Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to organize ideas clearly are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intakes of new residents and complete Initial ISP with resident.
• Maintain accurate case files and document referrals, ISP updates, and evaluation notes.
• Meet bi-weekly with residents to review progress and revise ISPs as needed.
• Attend monthly case reviews with Program Manager and participate in clinical supervision.
