Job summary

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is seeking a Case Manager I to join a collaborative team supporting guests in a residential recovery program. The role provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, and case management within a 24-hour care framework.

The position runs Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM with a target starting pay of $25.39/hour. Experience in case management and a commitment to faith-driven care are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of case management experience required.
• 1 year in social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests.
• Manage a caseload and meet weekly with guests for ongoing support.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to external services as needed.
• Maintain confidential updates and case notes in files and systems.
• Administers supervised urine screenings as per policy.
• Coordinate Bible studies, support groups, and recovery curriculum.
• Foster a Christ-centered, professional atmosphere in the facility.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, healing environment.
