Responsabilidades

• Manage recovery assignments from intake to completion.

• Dispatch assignments to field agents and monitor progress.
• Communicate with lenders, forwarders, and clients regarding case status.
• Maintain documentation within company software systems.
• Submit reports and required documents to clients promptly.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process redemption requests and coordinate vehicle releases.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Track timelines and ensure updates meet service level expectations.
• Assist with audits and internal reporting as needed.
