Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. We offer highly individualized treatment in a clean, modern setting across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year of sobriety required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality with dignified character.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls according to established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting accurately and consistently.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources with Clinical Director collaboration.
• Oversee alumni social media pages, ensuring activity and engagement.
