Job summary

Avenues Recovery is seeking an Alumni Program Manager to oversee our alumni engagement, follow-up, and programming across our nationwide network. You will work closely with the Clinical Director to connect alumni with resources and clinical support while maintaining accurate Salesforce reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and recovery experience. A positive, engaging personality is essential to foster meaningful connections with alumni and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year sobriety required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting for alumni activity.
• Connect alumni with clinical support in collaboration with Clinical Director.
• Oversee alumni social media pages and engagement.
