Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Alumni Program Coordinator to support our nationwide network. The role focuses on alumni follow-up, resources, and programming across multiple facilities.

You will engage with alumni personally, coordinate events, maintain Salesforce reporting, and connect clients with clinical resources in collaboration with the Clinical Director. Join a team committed to recovery and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year sobriety.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging personality with dignified character.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Alumni Program (follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting accurately.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director.
• Oversee all alumni social media pages and engagement.
