Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Program Manager in Indianapolis to oversee the alumni program, follow-up, and engagement activities. You will coordinate with clinical staff to connect alumni with resources and maintain Salesforce reporting while nurturing meaningful relationships with graduates.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and a warm, engaging approach. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a nationwide network of rehab centers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Substance use/recovery experience preferred.
If in recovery, minimum 1 year of sobriety required.
Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming, etc.).
Engage with alumni personally through calls, meetings, and events.
Conduct alumni follow-up calls according to established timeline.
Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting.
Coordinate with Clinical Director to connect alumni with resources.
Oversee all alumni social media pages and engagement.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
