Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for a community‑focused role at our Eastern Shore residential site in Maryland. You will engage clients, support crisis interventions, and help guide care plans in a 100‑bed facility offering inpatient rehab services.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in addiction treatment or related field, strong communication, and reliable documentation skills; multiple benefits accompany the role including 401K and health coverage.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or a similar client‑facing role preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage clients in treatment
• Ability to manage difficult situations and provide crisis intervention when needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills, proficient with Microsoft 365 programs
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year of sustained sobriety required
