Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is seeking an Alumni Program Manager to lead all aspects of the alumni network, from follow-up to events, while coordinating with clinical staff to connect alumni with resources.

You will manage communications, maintain social media engagement, and ensure accurate Salesforce reporting. A strong, confidential, and empathetic approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• In recovery, min. 1 year sobriety required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni via calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls following established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to connect alumni with resources.
• Oversee all alumni Social Media pages and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow - up, resources, programming etc.)
• Engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way through calls, meetings and events
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director
• Oversee all alumni Social Media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred
• If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality; dignified character
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries
