Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking an Alumni Program Manager to oversee the alumni program and coordinate follow-up, resources, and events.

You will engage with alumni, maintain Salesforce reporting, and connect alumni with clinical support while collaborating with the Clinical Director. Join a mission-driven team focused on recovery, support, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required.

• Oversee all alumni Social Media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries
