Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, coordinate schedules, recruit and train staff, and help coordinate patient transportation to continuing care programs. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role within our addiction and mental health treatment program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field; significant addiction program experience may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years in addiction or mental health; computer literate.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environment of care to ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Supervise Recovery Aide staff and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Prepare staff schedules and train Recovery Aide staff.
• Coordinate patient transportation to continuing care programs.
